Terms of Use for Buying & Selling and Uploading Videos

Using the store has two possibilities.  One to purchase, and one to sell.  Be aware that if you sell something, you will be charged a nominal fee in the future, should anything sell.  Please note that you are also 100% responsible for promptly shipping out items when an order comes in.  As a buyer and/or seller, you are 100% liable for any transactions.  Spirit in You TV will not be held responsible for any transaction.  If you sell an item, Spirit in You TV will pay you within 1 week of when the money clears into the business account.
By submitting Your Video Content, You agree:
a) that You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights (?Rights?) to the video content, and any audio, music, or other works of art that You incorporate into Your video content, and to authorize Spirit In You to use the Video and include video content in the Spirit In You network in the manner contemplated in these Additional Terms.
b) that You have the written consent, release, and/or permission of ach and every  identifiable individual person in Your video content to use such person(s) name or likeness for use and inclusion in the Spirit In You Network in the manner contemplated in these Additional Terms.
c) not to include any video content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, offensive, indecent, libelous, invasive of another persons privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
In addition to all other legal remedies available to Spirit In You, You acknowledge that Spirit In You has the right to remove Your video content from the Spirit In You Network or refuse to include your video content in the Spirit In You Network, suspend or terminate Your Spirit In You Account or refuse to grant You access to any current or future use of the Spirit In You Network with or without warning.
